Gyana - Yoga & Meditation Mallorca

I booked a couple session at the ocean with Nina as a birthday present for my boyfriend. I was a little scared at the beginning because I never did yoga before, but Nina was amazing and guided us through a beautiful experience that made our holiday unforgettable :) highly recommended

We took a partner yoga class with Nina during our Mallorca vacation and would do it again and again. Communication/finding an appointment was easy via the telephone number provided. The session itself took place on Nina's roof terrace, where we were able to watch the sunrise. Nina is totally professional, completely responsive to our needs and our pace. We felt completely relaxed and in good hands and would recommend the yoga course to anyone interested with a clear conscience.

The meditations with Gyana are wonderful, new experiences, a great tour by NIna and her calm manner. I discovered moving meditations, new breathing techniques and am finding more and more peace within myself, even though I tend to be restless :) The yoga classes are individually adapted, whether there are more or fewer participants, Nina is a great teacher, she corrects, helps and guides the breathing and movements with her voice. I can only recommend it!

I am taking Nina's course as a yoga beginner. 🧘‍♀️ I consciously decided to do outdoor yoga because I like being outside in nature and by the sea. From the first lesson I knew “yoga” was my sport. I finally found something that suits me and gives me a lot of joy. Nina's courses are always varied and run great. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, everyone can feel comfortable and have fun with Nina.

I always look forward to the yoga class with Nina. Everything (the asanas, the location, the music, the atmosphere) is perfectly coordinated. During the lesson I enjoy the “here and now” and afterwards the positive, grounded energy accompanies me in everyday life.

Not only is the location right by the sea wonderful, Nina is also a wonderful yoga teacher! You can tell that she has a lot of experience in what she does and I was able to take away something new from every lesson. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to do outdoor yoga

We arrived at Gyana's (Nina) class by chance. From the first day it was such a rewarding experience that we signed up every Tuesday and looked forward to the class! It is a moment of enjoyment, of connection with the body and soul. No demands, everyone at their own pace. Nina has a beautiful energy, super professional and sweet at the same time.

The meditation sessions are wonderfully relaxed, professional and individual. Whether in German or English, depending on the participants, Nina guides you through the lesson in a concentrated and focused manner. Everything is explained and guided in a personal and warm atmosphere that always gives you a feeling of security and intimacy. Absolute recommendation for anyone looking for relaxation, peace and centrality.

Uniquely beautiful and involving all the senses. The energy is energetically magical. As a group or in the daily flow, Nina accompanies each session optimally on different levels with her soothing voice. Great achievement in recognizing the very different experiences of the participants and making the “journey” of the unit optimal for everyone. As already mentioned: unique - great! Just a tip: do it and let yourself go! I'm already looking forward to the next time. Whether in a retreat or in a private unit on a finca
